Overweight - Problem No.1 factor


Carrying some extra pounds around with you, you often feel very often uncomfortable in your own skin and this can, in extreme cases lead to mental health problems.
Also there is a
physical (= physical) stress when you are overweight.

If you are carrying five kilograms or more (converted are the 20 packets of butter) of weight is
a burden on the whole body. The cardiovascular system, bones and muscles, etc. are thus much more overworked than is actually necessary.
